Family Liaison: Ashley Springsteen

About Ashley

I began working with FCPS is 2014 as a student teacher after several years in the defense contracting world.  I decided to follow my passion and go back to get my Masters in Elementary Education.  I taught 4th and 5th grade until 2021.  I  have two little girls ages 5 and 1 and a Yorkie named Bruce.

 I began working as a family liaison at WSHS in 2023 to stay engaged in education while taking care of my girls--best of both worlds!  I'm happy to be a part of the Spartan family!

What do Family Liaisons do?

My job as a family liaison is to help you get the information and assistance you need to support your child at home and to ensure your child's academic success. As a Family Liaison, I serve as a communication link between home and school.  I also have access to resources from the county.
