The Olympian is West Springfield High School's award-winning yearbook.

We have officially SOLD OUT of the 2024 yearbook! Thank you to all those who ordered one! Please read the entire announcement for information regarding sales and distribution.

1. For those who did not purchase a yearbook, unfortunately we’re unable to print additional copies. We’re contracted for a specific amount, which we increased this year anticipating a high demand. Due to the unique printing process of yearbooks, print-on-demand or small batch printing is not a possibility. If you call the printing company, they will turn you away. 

1. Distribution will begin after Memorial Day. Distribution will begin May 28 during lunches and will follow class order: Seniors first, then Juniors, Sophomores, and Freshmen. More information will be communicated to students via Schoology as we near the distribution date. 

1. How do I know if I purchased a yearbook? Please check your email for a confirmation email from Herff Jones or Varsity Brands (the company re-branded in 2024). If you don’t see a confirmation and believe you’ve ordered yearbook, please email Ms. Melissa Morgan, Yearbook Adviser. 

1. In-person sales is not guaranteed. As communicated since August in the weekly News You Choose, in-person sales are not guaranteed. Any information regarding the possibility of extra yearbook sales will be communicated in June. There is no waitlist.

All information regarding yearbooks will be communicated via Schoology, so make sure you are checking frequently for updates.
